Pyjama Party
On the 9th February FOLS put on a Pyjama Party at the Britford site. Children were dropped off already dressed in PJ’s and dressing gowns. They settled down to an evening of storytelling by Chris Ewington from Spire FM and Lulu Stevens our local storyteller. The evening was rounded off with a snack and a cup of yummy hot chocolate with marshmallows.
Here is an account of the evening from one of the children:
"Longford Pyjama Party. First, when two children were putting labels on the cups, Nicolette read a story before the pyjama party started! Then when the pyjama party started, a man came and read us all a story! After that we were split into groups to drink hot chocolate with marshmallows, while Mrs Stevens told everyone a story. Finally it was time to go! It was a lovely night and I hope everyone had lots of fun!"
